lusso lash label offers professional lash extension supplies and related beauty products. all product descriptions, pricing, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

we reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without prior notice.

3. professional use

many of our products are intended for use by trained and certified lash professionals. lusso lash label is not responsible for misuse, improper application, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from the use of our products.

it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they have the proper training and knowledge required for safe application and use.

4. shipping

orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. processing times may be extended during product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

we offer domestic shipping. delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. 

lusso lash label is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

once a package has been marked as "shipped" by the shipping carrier, lusso lash label is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages. we recommend shipping to a secure location and purchasing shipping protection when available.

5. returns & refunds

we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

to qualify for a return, products must be:

• unused

• unopened

• in their original packaging

• in the same condition as received

for sanitation and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• opened or used lash trays

• opened adhesives, removers, bonders, or liquids

• used tweezers

• sale or clearance items

• gift cards

if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
